"Just trying to sort these photos, (and we show less than 1% of them here), you begin to realize the massive scope of what we achieved with the help of a few volunteers. I'm guessing that we spent around 1000 hours intermixed with our other daily duties... just to make ONE working Yoda. We made moulds in plaster, because that is what the originals were."

Nick was invited to show the rebuild at Star Wars Celebration London in 2016. Whilst there he was able to acquire one of the original cores to the original skin mould that Nick made with Stuart Freeborn in 1978. That now allows for more accurate measurements and he is starting a Mk2 rebuild in 2017.
